It seems like Oracle is not the only one to screw up its SSL certificate this week. Apple has screwed up its main certificate in fact httpss://apple.com looks like this:

Oracle and its SSL certificate
After the last upgrade, OSX is asking me to upgrade java to a newer version so I went to the oracle website and what I could see was a poor “identity not verified” on their SSL certificate placed on download.oracle.com.
Nobody is perfect.
